Terms and Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to individual bookings only.
For group bookings of 20 or more guests, separate Terms & Conditions apply. Please contact Heart Hotels for further information.

Terms & Conditions – Summer Bookings

Travel period: 1 May – 31 October

Heart Hotels is represented and operated by Skinetworks Austria Hotels GmbH, which acts as the contractual party for all bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Upon confirmation of your reservation, Heart Hotels will send a booking confirmation by email.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation upon receipt and ensuring that all details are correct.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported to Heart Hotels without delay.

2. Payment

  • The full booking amount must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be received before arrival.
  • If payment is not received by the stated due date, Heart Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

3. Cancellation & Amendments

3.1 Heart Hotels’ Right to Cancel

  • Heart Hotels reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • In such cases, all payments received from the customer will be refunded. No further compensation or liability shall apply.
  • In the unlikely event of overbooking, Heart Hotels reserves the right to accommodate the guest(s) in another hotel of an equivalent or higher standard. No additional compensation shall be payable.

3.2 Customer Cancellation Policy

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Cancellations are free of charge.
  • 14 days or less before arrival: Cancellations received within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

3.3 Amendments

  • Requests to amend a reservation are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Heart Hotels.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

4. Tourist Tax

  • The local tourist tax is not included in the room rate.
  • The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival or departure, in accordance with the applicable local regulations.

5. Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our website and in our marketing materials, Heart Hotels reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • Obvious errors and mistakes shall not be binding.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.

Terms & Conditions – Winter Bookings.

Travel period: 01 November – 30 April

Heart Hotels is represented and operated by Skinetworks Austria Hotels GmbH, which acts as the contractual party for all bookings.

2. Payment

  • The full booking amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be received before arrival.
  • If payment is not received by the stated due date, Heart Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
