Terms & Conditions
For summer bookings. Travel period 1st of May to end of October
- Booking
- After booking your holiday, Heart Hotels will send your confirmation ticket on email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ticket details are correct. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact Heart Hotels immediately.
- Final Payment
- The final payment for your holiday is due no later than 14 days before your arrival.
- For bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid directly.
- Full payment is required prior to your arrival. If payment deadlines are not met, Heart Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Cancellation & Modifications
3.1. Organizer’s Right to Cancel
- The organizer (Heart Hotels) has the right to cancel your booking in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, wars, riots, strikes, or insufficient guest numbers. In such cases, the amounts already paid by the customer will be refunded.
- In the event of an overbooking, the organizer may rebook the customer into a hotel of equal standard, without further compensation.
3.2. Customer Cancellations
- No Refund (Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show): If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival or fail to show up, you are not entitled to a refund.
