Heart Hotel Nordstern offers a range of room types, from single rooms and double rooms with extra beds to family-friendly options. You’ll find junior suites with space for an extra guest or family rooms with two separate bedrooms — perfect whether you’re traveling solo, with your partner, friends, or the whole family.
The rooms are cozy and spacious by Austrian standards, meaning you get solid, good quality. Some rooms have a romantic touch, with soft carpets and floral fabrics, while all rooms are well-maintained and equipped with everything you need for your summer getaway.
The hotel consists of two connected buildings, joined by glass walkways offering beautiful views over the town and the stunning surrounding mountains. The two buildings are named A (Apart) and B (Garni), making it easy to know where your room is. Both buildings also offer storage areas for your hiking or biking gear.

There’s free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Please note, though, that since you’re in the Alps, internet connectivity can occasionally face supply challenges.

Arriving by Car
Parking is available at Heart Hotel Nordstern, with both underground and outdoor parking options. Please note that indoor parking spots are limited and can´t be reserved in advance. Parking is available for an additional fee, and you can easily book indoor parking by contacting the hotel. Keep in mind that the parking garage has a max height of 220 cm.
If you’re arriving in an electric car, there are charging stations available in town — including one next to Parkplatz Europahaus and several others nearby. Feel free to ask the Hotel before departure for more details.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax must be paid directly to the hotel – either in cash or by credit card, and is not included in the price of your trip. The tourist tax per person per night varies.
