After a long day exploring mountain trails, cycling, or soaking up the sun, unwind in the exclusive wellness area at Heart Hotel Grischuna. Our wellness zone invites you to relax in a calm, soothing atmosphere. Enjoy the heated outdoor infinity pool kept at a perfect 34°C, all while taking in the breathtaking summer views of the green alpine valleys and majestic peaks. 

You can also rejuvenate in the Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, or steam bath – ideal for restoring tired muscles after a day of outdoor adventures. If you’re just in the mood to relax, stretch out on one of the loungers for a peaceful break. Massages are available to book during your stay.  The spa and wellness area is open to guests aged 15 and over. 

Dining 

At Heart Hotels, our hosts and chefs are dedicated to giving you a high-quality culinary experience. The concept is simple: great food, thoughtfully prepared, after a full day of fresh air and summer activity. 

Every morning starts with a continental breakfast buffet featuring fresh bread, croissants, eggs, fruit, and more – everything you need to fuel a day in the mountains. 

In the evening, enjoy a delicious two-course dinner followed by a sweet treat. We serve the main course as “social dining” at your own table, creating a cosy and personal atmosphere.  

Allergies & Dietary Preferences 

We want everyone to feel welcome in our restaurant. That’s why we offer a vegan menu and cater to a range of dietary needs – including vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free and lactose-free guests. We also accommodate allergies to gluten, nuts, dairy, and lactose. Please let us know about any dietary needs at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Bar & Lounge 

What better way to end a summer day than with a cosy afternoon or evening in our inviting bar and lounge area? Whether you’re not quite ready for bed or just fancy a drink after dinner, this is the perfect place to unwind. 

Our bar offers a tempting selection of cocktails, mixed by our friendly bartender. Prefer a glass of wine or a relaxing coffee before heading to bed? We’ve got you covered. 

Enjoy a board game, a good book, or share stories from your mountain adventures with fellow travellers – either way, you’re guaranteed a relaxed and pleasant evening. 

Rooms 

At Heart Hotel Grischuna, you’ll stay in bright, stylish rooms featuring wooden floors and alpine-inspired details that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to make you feel at home during your summer stay in the Alps. Most rooms have a private balcony where you can take in the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush landscapes. 

 Arrival & Departure 

If you arrive early in the morning, you can purchase a delightful breakfast buffet. The price is €20 for adults and €15 for children up to 12 years old. The breakfast buffet is available from 07:30 to 09:30. On your departure day, the last meal at the hotel will be the breakfast buffet. 

 Parking 

Heart Hotel Grischuna offers both indoor and outdoor parking. Indoor spaces are limited and can be reserved in advance for €9 per day via contacting us by email. Please note the garage has a height limit of 220 cm. Outdoor parking is available for €7 per day. 

If you’re arriving in an electric or hybrid vehicle, we offer one charging station in the indoor garage, available for use at an additional cost. Please bring your own charging cable. 

 Tourist Tax 

The tourist tax must be paid directly to the hotel – either in cash or by credit card, and is not included in the price of your trip. The tourist tax per person per night varies. The amount is based on the official hotel classification and destination. Children are exempt from paying the tourist tax – the age varies by country/destination and hotel. Read more here.
