Heart Hotels is the hotel company of Travelheart Family – Denmark’s largest travel family. We are looking to build long-term partnerships with hotel owners iaround the world.

With eight years of hotel operations in Austria, previous experience in France and our recent expansion into Greece, we bring extensive experience in operating hotels across European destinations.

Backed by the scale, resources and financial strength of Travelheart Family, we combine the personal approach of a dedicated hotel team with the stability and long-term perspective of a much larger organisation.

Our Austrian hotel portfolio includes properties in in St. Anton, Ischgl, Obertauern, Mayrhofen and Wagrain. Travelheart Family includes Danski, Nortlander and Slopetrotter, while our own airline, Airseven, helps us bring guests directly to our hotels.

Our guests are primarily Scandinavian, from families and friends to corporate groups of more than 500. Our integrated travel platform supports strong occupancy and long-term hotel operations.

HOSPITALITY IS PERSONAL
Successful hotels – and successful partnerships – are built on people. That is why I personally take part in the process together with our team.

We want to meet the people behind each hotel, hear its story and experience the property ourselves. We believe in personal dialogue, mutual trust and long-term cooperation. We are also happy to connect you with existing hotel owners and partners.

WE ARE HERE FOR THE LONG TERM
Our partnerships are based on long-term lease agreements with a minimum term of five years. Where it makes sense, we are also open to discussing a right of first refusal or a future purchase option.

Someone has put their heart into creating the hotel. We see it as our responsibility to respect that heart and continue its story.

WE LOOK FOR HOTELS THAT ALREADY HAVE A HEART
We are not looking for hotels that need to be reinvented. We look for hotels with their own history, character and soul – places where owners, employees and guests have created something special.

We bring our Scandinavian approach to hospitality, built around making every guest feel welcome, valued and genuinely expected. This is the heart of our philosophy, “We’ve Been Expecting You.” At the same time, every hotel retains its own name, character and identity.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal profile is not a definitive checklist. Every hotel is different, and we are always open to discussing the possibilities with the right property and partner.

We would much rather sprinkle a little Heart Hotels dust over a hotel than start knocking down walls.

LOCATION
* Walking distance to ski lifts and slopes
* Ski area with at least 100 km of slopes
* Established and attractive ski destination
* Good accessibility for our guests
* Summer potential is an advantage

HOTEL
* Generally at least 100 guest beds
* Restaurant with capacity for all hotel guests
* Kitchen equipped for half-board preferred
* Compliance with relevant permits and legal requirements
* Well-maintained property with its own character

HOW WE CARE FOR YOUR HOTEL
We approach every hotel with care, respect and a long-term perspective. We believe in looking after the property, working closely with its owner and exploring opportunities to develop the hotel together.

We respect the local community, its traditions and the history, character and identity that make every hotel special. Our ambition is simple: to be the kind of operator we would want to work with if we were the owners ourselves.
