You stay right in the heart of Mayrhofen, so you are never far from home after a day of skiing or après-ski. The nearest main lift is just 1 minute from the hotel, and the ski bus also stops by the main lift, giving you easy access to explore the surrounding ski areas. Heart Hotel Nordstern is located directly on the main street, where you will also find the town’s lively bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Everything you need for your ski holiday is within easy reach.

You can choose to book your stay with Breakfast or Half Board.
Breakfast includes a continental breakfast buffet served every morning, featuring fresh bread, croissants, eggs, fruit, and more – everything you need to fuel a day in the mountains.
Half Board includes the daily breakfast buffet as well as a delicious two-course dinner in the evening, followed by a sweet treat. We serve the main course as “social dining” at your own table, creating a cosy and personal atmosphere.
Of course, we’ve also thought about the youngest guests — if they’re not into the adult dishes, there’s a special kids’ menu with familiar favorites most children love.

Parking Options
Parking is available at Heart Hotel Nordstern, with both underground and outdoor parking options. Please note that indoor parking spots are limited and can´t be reserved in advance. Parking is available for an additional fee of 9 euro per night per car, and you can easily book indoor parking by contacting the hotel. Keep in mind that the parking garage has a max height of 220 cm.
If you’re arriving in an electric car, there are charging stations available in town — including one next to Parkplatz Europahaus and several others nearby. Feel free to ask the Hotel before departure for more details.
Arrival and Departure
If you arrive early in the morning, you have the option to purchase the breakfast buffet. The price is €18 for adults and €10 for children up to and including 12 years old. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. On departure day, the final meal at the hotel is breakfast. However, it is possible to purchase a sandwich to take with you on your journey home.
Tourist Tax Payable at Destination
The tourist tax must be paid directly to the hotel—either in cash or by credit card—and is not included in the price of your trip, as we are not permitted to handle payments between government authorities and guests. The tourist tax per person per night varies depending on the official hotel classification and destination. Children up to 14 years old are exempt from paying tourist tax; the age limit varies by country, destination, and hotel.
