Summer season in Greece

As a Receptionist at Heart Hotels, you are the first face our guests see and the last they remember. Your main tasks include welcoming guests with a smile, managing bookings, preparing rooms, handling key cards, and settling accounts. You’ll work closely with the hotel manager and play a key role in daily operations. You enjoy engaging with all kinds of guests, stay solution-oriented, and keep everything running smoothly – both at the desk and behind the scenes.

Hotel Caesars is our brand-new five-star hotel, accommodating approximately 100 guests. You will work in teams across nationalities, so speaking English is a must. Most importantly, the guests and their experience are our top priority. Guests expect excellent service, big smiles, and friendliness – so we expect you to be highly motivated to fulfill this.

Our most important task is to ensure all our guests have an unforgettable holiday when staying at a Heart Hotels. Therefore, it is crucial that you are committed to helping us achieve this goal.

What we expect from you:

• Is at least 21 years old.
• Has experience in similar jobs or a strong motivation for this particular position.
• Possesses a high work ethic and service mindset.
• Is quick to learn and accustomed to working with IT systems.
• Speaks fluent English – Greek is a significant advantage.
