Property Manager

Heart Hotels is looking for an all year Property Manager

As our Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Austrian hotels running smoothly – making sure everything is functional, well-maintained, and safe for both our guests and our team.

THE JOB

We’re looking for a structured, practical, and solutions-oriented Property Manager to ensure our Austrian hotels are always ready for the season – both winter and summer.

This is a key role where you will support hotel operations in making sure our hotels are functional, well maintained and safe for our guests and staff.

You will not have direct staff responsibility, but you’ll act as a central support for our caretakers and be the first point of contact for our Hotel Managers as and when issues arise – giving them the freedom to focus on guest experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring all hotels comply with applicable regulations, legal requirements, and project deadlines.
