Summer season in Greece

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will assist with food preparation, service, and cleaning tasks, helping the chefs deliver meals to a high standard throughout the day.

Your different tasks at Heart Hotels:

• Assisting with preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Plating and serving food during service
• Preparing staff meals
• Washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen
• Supporting the kitchen team where needed

What we expect from you:

• Are at least 19 years old
• Have some experience working in a kitchen (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Are reliable, efficient, and willing to work hard
• Can follow structure and instructions
• Thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to daily operations

The summer season runs from late April to mid- October 2026. We are only looking for staff who can work for the entire period.
