Ski season in the Alps

As part of the hotel team, you’re not just an employee – you’re a host. You’re the friendly face guests meet, the one they ask for help – and the one who makes them feel welcome and at home.

Your different tasks at Heart Hotels:

• Preparing and serving breakfast

• Evening service in the restaurant

• Cleaning rooms and common areas

• Dishwashing and small maintenance jobs

• Being present and helpful towards our guests

Most important is that you’re ready to take responsibility, provide great service, and be part of a team where we help each other out.

What we expect from you:

• Is at least 19 years old

• Is service-minded and happy to step into the host role

• Enjoys working in a team and takes responsibility – both for the job and for the group

• Is positive, flexible, and hardworking

Additionally, it’s a bonus if you love skiing and the fresh mountain air!

The winter season runs from November 2025 to April 2026. We’re only hiring staff who can stay for the full season.
