As a Chef at Heart Hotels, your main goal is to deliver a high-quality and consistent food experience for our guests throughout their holiday.

You will be part of a team serving:

• Breakfast buffet
• À la carte lunch
• Evening social dining service

The menu is defined for the season, allowing you to focus on execution, taste, and flow in the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef, other chefs, and kitchen assistants in a busy but well-structured environment.

Your tasks at Heart Hotels:

• Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Participating actively in evening service
• Preparing staff meals
• Maintaining cleanliness and structure in the kitchen
• Supporting the team during peak service periods

What we expect from you:

• Have experience working as a chef, preferably in hotels or seasonal kitchens
• Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive atmosphere
• Can stay focused and efficient when the pace is high
• Take pride in well-executed, honest food
• Speak English at a working level (Greek is a plus)

The summer season runs from late April to mid- October 2026. We are only looking for staff who can work for the entire period.
