Ski season in the Alps

As a Kitchen Assistant at one of our hotels, we offer you an exciting and dynamic job with great colleagues in Austria – and plenty of opportunities for skiing. You will be part of a team with other Danish and Swedish colleagues, where your effort and service will make a difference to our guests’ experience with Heart Hotels.

If you have experience or knowledge of working in a kitchen and want to gain more knowledge about the profession, join us in Austria for the winter season and learn in the kitchen. You will be part of a team of chefs in your own kitchen at one of our hotels.

At our hotels, we serve a large breakfast buffet every day and a 3-course menu in the evening. Additionally, you will prepare various snacks for guests to purchase at the hotel’s bar throughout the day.

Your Tasks

• Preparing, cooking, and plating guests’ 3-course evening meals.
• Preparing and cooking staff meals.
• Performing self-inspections and cleaning the kitchen.
• Handling other miscellaneous kitchen tasks.
• Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.

Your Profile

• You have experience working in a kitchen.
• You can take responsibility, have an overview, and are used to working independently.
• You have an interest in cooking and the processes in a professional kitchen.
• You take responsibility for and take pride in your work tasks.
• You are happy, smiling, positive, service-oriented, and orderly.
• You are independent and structured.
• You have completed and passed a hygiene course before the season starts.
