As a Hotel Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience at our hotel and enjoy a seamless ski vacation. But you won’t be handling everything alone. Alongside your Danish, Swedish, and other international colleagues, including trained chefs and a hotel staff of between 4-35 employees, you will manage the daily operations of your hotel and provide excellent service to your guests. Most of our hotels offer half-board, while the rest offer quarter-board.

Requirements before applying:
- First Aid Certification: You must have completed a first aid course or complete one before the season begins.
- Mandatory Manager Course: You must be able to attend the mandatory manager course from November 15-17, 2024, inclusive.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the hotel from A-Z.
- Staff management and scheduling.
- Budget and financial follow-up.
- Contact with selected suppliers and partners (e.g., ordering goods).
- Guest service – from arrival through daily service to departure.
