Ski season in the Alps

Are you energetic, smiling, outgoing, and passionate about providing excellent service? Then you are exactly who we are looking for. As hotel staff at a Heart Hotel, you need to be ready to wear many different “hats.” No two days are the same, and no task is too small.

Your different tasks at Heart Hotels:

• Waiter
• Cleaning
• Bartender
• Dishwasher
• Preparing breakfast

Our hotels accommodate between 25 and 220 guests, and you will work in teams across nationalities. Most importantly, the guests and their experience are our top priority. Guests expect excellent service, big smiles, and friendliness – so we expect you to be highly motivated to fulfill this.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum age of 19
• Service-minded, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Quick to smile and love meeting new people

Additionally, it’s a bonus if you love skiing and the fresh mountain air!

The season spans from early/mid-December to late March/mid-April, depending on the destination. We expect you to be able to work with us for the entire period.
