Easy Access to Skiing in St. Anton

Heart Hotel Arlberg is perfectly located if you want to get out on the slopes quickly, yet prefer a little distance from the constant hum of the lifts. Although the hotel is not located directly on the piste, it is only a short 5-minute walk in ski boots to the Nasserein lift. In addition, there are convenient ski bus connections that stop right outside the hotel, making it easy and comfortable to get to and from the slopes. Get ready to experience St. Anton’s fantastic ski area with easy access from the hotel every single day.

Wellness

After a great day on the slopes in St. Anton am Arlberg, when your body feels tired and sore, you can relax with peace of mind in the hotel’s spa, pool, steam bath, or sauna. The perfect way to ease tension in your muscles and get ready for another day on the slopes!

You will also have plenty of time to enjoy the wellness area at Hotel Arlberg—unless you get swept up in the world-class après-ski that St. Anton is famous for. The pool is open to all guests, while the wellness area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. If your body needs extra care, massages can be booked at the hotel for an additional fee.

Ski Holiday with Half Board

At our Heart Hotels, you are served by Scandinavian staff and chefs who ensure that the culinary experience is a top priority. The concept is simple: you should eat well, especially after a long day on the slopes.

Each morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with bread, croissants, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and much more—everything you need to prepare for an active day in the snow.

In the evening, you can look forward to a tasty two-course dinner menu, followed by something sweet to finish. Across all our Heart Hotels, we place great emphasis on togetherness, which is why the main course is served as “social dining” at each table. We have, of course, also considered the youngest members of the family. If they are not keen on what the adults are having, there is a special children’s menu with familiar dishes that most kids enjoy.

Allergies and Dietary Preferences

We want to ensure a great restaurant experience for everyone. Therefore, we offer a vegan menu for guests with special dietary requirements—whether you are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or lactose intolerant. We also accommodate the following allergies: gluten, nuts, milk, and lactose. To ensure we can meet your needs, please inform us of any special menu requests at the time of booking.

Bar & Lounge

Once dinner is finished, you and your fellow travelers can enjoy a drink in the hotel’s bar and lounge. Our bartenders are happy to mix a delicious cocktail, brew a good evening coffee, or serve you an ice-cold beer. It’s the perfect place to end your ski day together.

If you enjoy wine and would like to taste some local Austrian wines, that can also be arranged. Simply inquire at the bar, and our bar manager will organize a small wine tasting in a cozy private room, where you will also learn more about the wines. A wonderful and relaxing way to round off your ski day.

The Rooms

Heart Hotel Arlberg offers a wide range of room types to suit different needs. Whether you are traveling alone, as a newly in-love couple, with a group of friends, or with the whole family, there is something for everyone. The hotel offers everything from single rooms to family rooms, and the rooms are spacious with good storage options. Please note that if an extra bed is added, space may in some cases be slightly limited.

The rooms are decorated in the same classic Austrian style as the rest of the hotel, featuring floral patterns, wooden interiors, carpets, and wood paneling. They are well maintained and provide a lovely, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere for your ski holiday. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Parking Options

At Heart Hotel Arlberg, there is an outdoor parking area right next to the hotel (for a fee of €7 per day). Please note that the number of spaces is limited. There is also the option to use public parking on the other side of the river.

If you arrive in an electric car, charging stations are available in town. There is one located just opposite the Billa supermarket, and several others throughout the area. Feel free to ask the guides when they call you the week before departure for more information.

Conference Facilities

If you are traveling for business purposes, conference facilities are also available at the hotel. One section of the restaurant can be separated with a partition wall, making it possible to create a fully enclosed meeting room with its own entrance. The facilities are available between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

This gives you an excellent opportunity to host networking events with business partners, close that deal you’ve been working on for months, or strengthen collaboration among your team—while skiing and staying in beautiful Alpine surroundings.

Arrival and Departure

On arrival day, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, a simple and satisfying hot meal will be served, either as a buffet or plated. For guests arriving later in the evening, sandwiches will be available until 10:30 PM.

If you arrive early in the morning, you have the option to purchase the breakfast buffet. The price is €18 for adults and €10 for children up to and including 12 years old. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. On departure day, the final meal at the hotel is breakfast. However, it is possible to purchase a sandwich to take with you on your journey home.

Tourist Tax Payable at Destination

The tourist tax must be paid directly to the hotel—either in cash or by credit card—and is not included in the price of your trip, as we are not permitted to handle payments between government authorities and guests. The tourist tax per person per night varies depending on the official hotel classification and destination. Children are exempt from paying tourist tax; the age limit varies by country, destination, and hotel.
